Well i got the new parts for my pc and hooked everything up, start the pc up and it runs for about 20 seconds gets to the screen for the mobo where i can hit the delete button to enter bios and the pc instantly shuts down, i've ran thru a few ideas with adam and paul and still no success, anyone else have any ideas what my problem could be??

You may have already checked most of the following but i will just through a few ideas out there as these are the most common issues.

1 - CPU is seated and no bent pins.
2 - PS is big enough to power MOBO and all connected devices.
3 - Check wired connections on MOBO to be sure they are connected to correct pins, no bent pins, and seated.
4 - Re-seat cards on MOBO.
5 - Hardware power connections use correct PS connector to power the device.

If boot problem still persists, return MOBO.

I had a very similar issue with a new build and it turned out to be a bad cable to one of the SSD drives. Super frustrating to say the least.
I thought MOBO as well but gave it another go at checking connections and sure enough....

Wish you luck

Also if you keep trying with the ram, only use one stick, try booting each of the sticks one at a time.

You didn't buy the dell gaming mouse and download 16gigabytes of ram power.

i wish it was fixed now..but you can't expect a bad mobo when you buy one, and i'm not huge computer tech so i am gonna let somebody put it all together and do they do best and run it and test it out for me to make sure everything is up to par for me..soon enough i will be back in game..
